There has been a growing demand for online therapy, which at first might feel a little strange. But just imagine being able to sit in the comfort of your own home not having to move anywhere.

With stronger WiFi signals and improved technology it is now so simple to form a session online. More and more people are using this format to communicate these days.

This form of therapy can help people who have limited time or who are less mobile, perhaps during times of illness or who just don’t want to travel, and there are no worries about parking or finding my therapy room.

Booking a Session

If you would like a hypnotherapy session then we can discuss how it can help you before we book an appointment. Any concerns you may have can be discussed either by telephone or email at this time, but it’s really very straightforward and full details of how it works will be sent to you before the session.

During the Session

The only thing to think about before the session is where you would like to be in your home. Somewhere comfortable and somewhere you won’t be disturbed is ideal, any noise from other parts of the house will not affect the session. One of the benefits of hypnotherapy is that it helps you to block out external, unimportant stimulus and focuses your attention where it is needed. Any pets are welcome that enjoy relaxing with you, but it is inadvisable for children during the therapy.

Hypnotherapy via this method has proved to be very successful and no less effective than face to face.
