I am a Solution Focused hypnotherapist offering confidential support in helping you achieve your goals. From unwanted behaviours and thoughts to health concerns and PTSD, my aim is to help you regain control.
Life has been extremely challenging for all of us and we have all had to adapt to new ways of living. For me this means working online via Zoom and other platforms, which I can assure you is just as effective as receiving therapy face to face. I am not an expert with technology but have found it far easier than expected. I will give you step by step guidance and we will work through together to set up a successful session should you wish.
I provide therapy for a wide range of issues, from Phobias, Stress, lack of Confidence and Sleep. We can be unaware of how these unwanted feelings and behaviours can develop and how Anxiety plays a heavy role within our lives. Sometimes we view our external circumstances as our only means of change. It is my role to help you become the best version of you, at your very best, as it is our reaction to events and not the events themselves that affects our ability to cope.
Hypnotherapy is a process of altering unwanted behaviour, through solution focused conversation and the use of hypnosis.
What to expect:
I welcome people from all backgrounds and walks of life and offer a warm, friendly approach to whatever problem you wish to address. From the very first session we can see how unhelpful thought processes can be alleviated and begin to understand the steps we need to take to facilitate change.
Further sessions involve encouraging you to view your life from the perspective of your preferred future, before guiding you into hypnosis, a relaxed state of focused attention which will cement our previous discussion.
